It seems so simple… but i too got it wrong.
Did you guess 16… WRONG.
Frustrating i know.
Lets break it down, three apples equaling 30 must mean an apple is worth 10.
One apple and two bunches of bananas equals 18, which must mean the bananas are worth 4 a piece.
If the bananas are worth 4 and you subtract a coconut to get 2 then the coconut must also be two
An apple plus a coconut plus a bunch of bananas … I know i feel like its 16 also.
But if you look closely at the picture there is only 1 coconut, meaning it is worth one, and three bananas meaning their value is three.
