Nothing like a nice story to start off your day!
Keith Burkitt of Texas, was putting off a trip to the auto shop to have his car fixed. Keith told KTRK, his car’s alignment was shot, and he knew that fixing it would cost a lot more than he could afford.
He was speaking to a customer at the restaurant where he worked, Keith joked, “I had to turn my wheel all the way to the right just to make the car go straight.” The customer told Keith that he had a friend that could fix it across the street. What happened next? The customer offered to pay Keith’s bill, no matter what it cost.
The car needed all four shocks and struts replaced, his fuel lines needed cleaning, and the cars timing and serpentine belts had to be replaced. The total cost was $1,975.
The stranger stayed true to his word, he covered the full bill. Keith tried to pay back some of the money, and the stranger would not accept the money. He just encouraged Keith to pay it forward!
