Avicii has decided to hang up his touring and performing hat after wrapping up his 2016 tour dates. The singer penned an open letter to fans explaining his decision and said, “Two weeks ago, I took the time to drive across the U.S. with my friends and team, to just look and see and think about things in a new way. It really helped me realize that I needed to make the change that I’d been struggling with for a while.”
Nick Cannon says that he and his ex-wife Mariah Carey are “super cool,” despite rumours surfacing that his record, “Oh Well” was a diss at Mariah. During an interview with Extra, Nick denied the rumours, saying, “Mariah and I are so super cool. It’s been over two years and it seems like people keep wanting to make a story. I make emotional songs and stuff all the time — it’s not gonna be about her. We’re good, we’re down. That actual song came from a project I’m putting together called ‘The Character Singphonic,’ which I started on Chi-Raq. It’s all the songs I was making as that character. If you listen to all the music, I’m acting like a dude from South Side Chicago.”

Charlize Theron insists that she didn’t ghost on Sean Penn to end their relationship. She explains in WSJ Magazine, “There is this need to sensationalize things. When you leave a relationship there has to be some f***ing crazy story or some crazy drama. And the f***ing ghosting thing, like literally I still don’t even know what it is.” Charlize continues, “It’s just its own beast. We were in a relationship and then it didn’t work anymore. And we both decided to separate. That’s it.”
A radio host named Peter Sloan has filed a $170 million lawsuit against William Shatner claiming to be his long-lost son. According to Page Six, Peter has filed paperwork in Florida demanding that the Star Trek star do a DNA test and stop denying that they are related. Shatner reportedly had a brief affair with Peter’s late mother, Canadian actress Kathy McNeil, and she gave him up for adoption when he was just five days old.
Big Bang Theory star Kaley Cuoco appears to have a new man in her life. She has been spending time with equestrian Karl Cook. Kaley has been posting photos of them together on social media but has yet to comment on the status of their relationship. She split from her ex, Ryan Sweeting, last September after 21 months of marriage.
David and Victoria Beckham are not calling it quits despite a story on Radar Online claiming that they have ended their business partnership in anticipation of a divorce. Deadpool has become the highest-grossing R-rated movie of all time across the globe. The Ryan Reynolds action comedy surpassed The Matrix Reloaded over the weekend with ticket sales going above $745.7 million.
