This past Saturday the Partners in Mission Food Bank hosted their Food Blitz. Their goal was to raise 100,000 pounds of food between the 10 different locations they were set up at.
Unfortunately their goal was not met. They only collected 22,000 pounds of food, which will only stock the shelves for about 11 days.
Together we can ensure that the shelves stay stocked. Stop by one of the many groceries stores in the city that have collection bins for the food bank and make a donation, (Food Basics, Freshco, etc) or click HERE to make a financial donation.
