A mom in Utah by the name of Chrisi Hammer is proving prenatal fitness can be pretty intense.
She gave birth to her fourth child last week, and up until the day before the birth, she kept up her CrossFit workouts. She would do up to six classes a week. SAY WHAT!? WOW! You go girl!
Chrisi started doing CrossFit two years ago to lose the weight she had gained during her third pregnancy. This time around she only put on 30 pounds, during her first pregnancy she put on 80 pounds.
