Kate Hudson appears in the June issue of Shape magazine where she reveals the secret to her health and fitness. The 37-year-old says, “Some people need structure and a regimen, but I’m not a planner. When I exercise, I need to connect to myself and see how I’m feeling at the moment, because my mood is constantly changing. I was 19 when I discovered Pilates, and I’m still doing it. It’s the workout my body really responds to. It’s all about alignment, elongating your spine, and strengthening your core. It makes me feel my strongest.” Kate also explains, “I’m a nature girl. I grew up in Colorado and was always outside. I still am, even when I’m in the city. If I’m in Amsterdam, I get on a bike, ride everywhere, and really see the place. I love that freedom, which you can’t get in a car. In New York City, if I’m staying downtown and have a meeting uptown, I’ll put on my earphones, listen to great music, and just walk. There’s nothing better than walking in Manhattan.”
Showing a little skin in a movie doesn’t bother Zac Efron. When asked if he worries about his career when he doesn’t still have washboard abs, the former Disney star responded, “I don’t know. I look atMatthew McConaughey. He’s maintained it his whole career. We know so much more now than we used to about the effects of being sedentary. I’m driven. I want to attack life. I want to do a triathlon.” He also says of his proclivity for showing skin, “Let’s just say I’m not opposed to anything. But if you’re gonna pull your dick out, it’d better be for an Academy Award-winning movie.”

The phone number was later discovered to belong to celebrity hair stylist, Michelle Pugh. The source went on to reveal that Ozzy was gone for two days before returning home and added, “Ozzy wouldn’t come clean about where he was.”
