According to People, Taylor is no longer hiding behind the fake name Nils Sjoberg. A rep for BMI told Entertainment Weekly that as of “late last week” Swift has officially been listed as a songwriter on the record at BMI.
Coldplay finished the second gig of its two-night tour opening stand at MetLife Stadium in East Rutherford, New Jersey on Saturday night by bringing actor Michael J. Fox to the stage. Fox came out for the final encore with Gibson Les Paul in hand to play the Penguins’ “Earth Angel” and Chuck Berry’s “Johnny B. Goode” — recreating the famous “Enchantment Under The Sea” school dance from Fox’s classic film Back To The Future.

News that the reality star is not buying any of what Taylor is saying. According to one insider, “Kim thinks Kanye went above and beyond by checking with Taylor and that Taylor totally lied about their conversation. That word means nothing. The song before he called Kim a ‘bitch.’ That word means nothing in hip-hop. She says the word ‘bitch’ bothered her but on the Grammys stage she never mentioned that. She said, ‘Don’t ever let anyone say they made you famous.'”
Antonio Banderas has signed on to play Gianni Versace in a new biopic being directed by Bille August. Donatella Versace addressed the news to Women’s Wear Daily saying, “We have neither authorized nor had any involvement whatsoever in the forthcoming movie about Versace. The movie should only be seen as a work of fiction.” Filming will begin in December in Milan.
Chris Hemsworth will be returning to the Star Trek reboot series in the fourth film. He first appeared in 2009’s Star Trekas George Kirk — father of Chris Pine’s James T. Kirk. The rest of the cast is also expected to return for the new movie which does not yet have a release date or a director.
HBO has confirmed that the upcoming seventh season of Game of Thrones will be premiering later than usual and with less episodes. Programming president Casey Bloys said in a statement, “Now that winter has arrived on Game of Thrones, executive producers David Benioff and D.B. Weiss felt that the storylines of the next season would be better served by starting production a little later than usual, when the weather is changing. Instead of the show’s traditional spring debut, we’re moving the debut to summer to accommodate the shooting schedule.”
