Macklemore has announced details regarding his new album, Gemini. The album is set for release on September 22nd, and is available for digital pre-order now. Gemini will arrive with a slew of features, including appearances by Kesha, Lil Yachty, Offset from Migos and more. It also includes his recently shared track “Glorious,” which features pop singer Skylar Grey.
Justin Bieber has apparently cut off ties with once-close friend Floyd Mayweather. Once upon a time, the due were often seen near the ring together during Mayweather’s fights. Now, they are not on speaking terms. Uh oh!! AND now, Biebs has unfollowed the pro boxer on Instagram. According to TMZ, Bieber is currently being counseled by the Hillsong Church and was told by church pastors to cut off bad influences from his life. It seems Mayweather, who is known for frequenting strip clubs, was the first friend Bieber chose to cut ties with. The boxer reportedly lashed out at Bieber after the unfollowing by calling him a “traitor.”
Is Coldplay taking a break after their current tour? Coldplay frontman Chris Martin said in a new interview with Jam! Music that he did not mean to imply that the British super group was going to quit after completing the tour cycle for its recent album A Head Full Of Dreams and companion EP Kaleidoscope. Martin explained, “Really what I said was that this album and the EP and this tour marked the end of a chapter. It’s our seventh album and it’s the end of that first stage of the band. I think what the future holds is us doing things slightly differently and trying to create music in ways that is graceful and honest. But we’re still just trying to figure it all out — the next phase, and what that will be.”
Mark Wahlberg has beat out Dwayne Johnson for top billing on Forbes’ highest-paid actor list. He reportedly lands on top thanks to Transformers and Daddy’s Home 2. Last year, the former rapper brought home a jaw-dropping $68 million, beating The Rock, who made $65 million. Coming in third was Johnson’s The Fate of the Furious co-star Vin Diesel, with $54.5 million.
Another nude celeb photo photo hack has taken place. Kristen Stewart and Stella Maxwell are demanding through their lawyer that several websites take down nude photos of them. TMZ reports that Stewart’s lawyer Scott Whitehead is challenging the websites that put up what they say are hacked photos of the stars. Websites have also reportedly posted nude snaps of Tiger Woods, Lindsey Vonn, Katharine McPhee and Miley Cyrus.
Amy Schumer is asking for MORE money from Netflix! She recently realized that her male counterparts were making more money than she was for essentially the same work, so now she is doing something about it. Schumer went to Netflix and renegotiated her salary once she learned that Chris Rock and Dave Chappelle were making $20 million each for their routines. Schumer signed a deal to make $11 million for a stand-up show dubbed “The Leather Special,” according to Variety. Schumer isn’t the only female star demanding more. After the Sony hack revealed that Chris Hemsworth was getting paid more than costar Charlize Theron in The Huntsman: Winter’s War, she reportedly added $10 million to her salary.
