It’s a challenge, that I absolutely LOVE! The challenge started four years ago, and every year it continues to grow. It is a physical activity challenge created by the dedicated students in Grade 5/6 at Deseronto Public School. The goal of the challenge is to help promote healthy active living among students AND adults.
There are different levels to the challenge, and if there is something that you are unable to do, you can replace it with another exercise.
Level 1- Classic
50 Burpees, 30 Push-ups, 15 min Cardio, 3 min Planks, 50 Tricep Dips, 100 Squats, 100 Lunges
Level 2 – Intermediate
100 Burpees, 45 Push-ups, 30 min Cardio, 6 min Planks, 100 Tricep Dips, 200 Squats, 200 Lunges
Level 3 – All-Star
150 Burpees, 60 Push-ups, 45 min Cardio, 9 min Planks, 150 Tricep Dips, 300 Squats, 300 Lunges
